 目的:本研究では,就労妊婦を対象とし,仕事役割と家庭役割を果たすときに発生する相互にぶつかり合う役割葛藤であるWFC を,WFCS 日本語版を用いて,2 つの方向性と3 つの形態6 次元モデルの観点から,就労妊婦のWFC の特徴を検討することを目的とした.
 方法:A 県内の公立総合病院・私立産婦人科医院4 施設で妊婦健康診査を受ける就労妊婦に質問紙調査を行い,就労妊婦209 名の内,有効回答206 名(回収率98.6%)を分析対象とした.分析はSPSSVer.15 を用いた.本研究は香川大学倫理委員会の承認を得て行った.
 結果:WFC 2 方向性は仕事から家庭への葛藤(Work Interference to Family:WIF)が家庭から仕事への葛藤(Family Interference to Work:FIW)より高い傾向にあった.6 下位尺度は時間に基づくWIF が高く,ストレス反応に基づくFIW が低い傾向にあった.家族状況とWFC に有意な差はみられなかった.妊娠状況は経産婦(p =0.032),両立負担感あり(p =0.000),両立困難感あり(p =0.000),体調不良で仕事継続困難感あり(p =0.010)で有意な差があった.就業状況は正社員(p =0.000),就業時間が8 時間以上(p =0.000),職場が不満足(p =0.000),上司の支援が不満足(p =0.000)でWFC は有意に高かった.本研究のWFCS 全体はCronbach α係数0.92,6 下位尺度はCronbach α係数0.83 ~ 0.92を示した.
 考察:就労妊婦のWFC は,仕事役割が家庭役割の遂行に影響を及ぼす場合,なかでも,時間が役割遂行を妨害する場合に高いという特徴を示した.家族状況からではなく,妊娠・就業状況から影響を受けていた.
 結論:妊娠・就業状況への支援が有効であることが示唆された.母性健康管理制度が活用できる職場環境の整備や保健指導による体調管理の充実の必要性が考えられた.

 The present study examined the characteristics of work-family conflict (WFC) among working pregnant women using the Japanese version of the Work-Family Conflict Scale (WFCS). Two hundred and nine pregnant women were enrolled in the study and completed the questionnaire form. The results showed that the scores for work interference with family (WIF) were higher than those for family interference with work (FIW) among working pregnant women. In addition, time-based WIF was highest and stress-based FIW was
lowest among the six dimensional model. A significant difference in conflict scores was observed according to parity (conflict score for multiparas was greater than that for primiparas(p=0.032)), recognition of difficulty (conflict score for women who recognized difficulty in doing well both at home and at work was greater than that for women who did not recognize such difficulty(p=0.000)), and working conditions (full-time workers had higher scores than part-time workers(p=0.000); women who worked more than 8 hours at a time had higher scores than those who worked less than 8 hours at a time(p=0.000); women who were not satisfied with their job had higher scores than those who were satisfied(p=0.000)).
 The present findings suggest that parity and working conditions are related to WFC among working pregnant women. It is very important to provide good working conditions for working pregnant women and to help them maintain a good physical condition through educational health guidance.
