要旨
 本研究では,手術室に配置転換となった看護師のストレス要因について明らかにすることを目的として,文献検討を行った.
 文献検索データベースは,医学中央雑誌Web を使用し,1998年から2018年までに公表された国内文献を対象とした.「手術室」,「看護師」に「配置転換」もしくは「異動」を掛け合わせて検索を行い,1)会議録を除く原著論文であること,2)手術室に配置転換となった看護師のストレス要因と考えられる記述が表題および要旨から読み取れることを基準に文献を選択した.
 対象となった14文献を熟読し,質的帰納的に分析を行ったところ,【手探りでの手術看護習得】,【手術室での特殊な関係性】,【常に緊張感を伴う業務】,【希望ではない配置転換】,【手術室文化への適応の難しさ】の5 つのカテゴリーが生成された.5つのカテゴリーはそれぞれ,【手探りでの手術看護習得】は≪一からの習得≫,≪医療機器・器械の取り扱い≫,≪不十分な指導体制・内容≫,≪評価されない病棟経験≫,≪否定的な自己評価≫,【手術室での特殊な関係性】は≪病棟とは異なる医師との関係≫,≪看護師間の濃密な関係≫,≪患者との希薄な関係≫,≪手術室の閉鎖的な環境≫,【常に緊張感
を伴う業務】は≪緊迫した状況≫,≪強い不安と緊張≫,≪手術に合わせた勤務≫,【希望ではない配置転換】は≪手術室への否定的なイメージ≫,≪納得できない配置転換の理由≫,【手術室文化への適応の難しさ】は≪意見を言いにくい雰囲気≫,≪乏しい帰属意識≫,≪掴めない手術の流れ≫,≪自分のペースで行えない業務≫のサブカテゴリーで構成された.
 先行研究と比較検討したところ,手術室に配置転換となった看護師に特徴的なストレス要因として,【手術室文化への適応の難しさ】が見出された.

Summary
 The aim of this study was to clarify the stressors of nurses who were relocated to the operating room (OR) by conducting a literature review.
 A literature search with “OR,” “nurse,” and “relocation” or “reassignment” as keywords was performed using the Japan Medical Abstracts Society Database( web version) from 1998 to 2018. Documents were chosen according to the following criteria: (1) original papers excluding minutes in Japan and (2) a description pertaining to a stressor of the nurse who was relocated to the OR, which can be read form the Title and Abstract. In total, 14 documents were selected for the analysis. Descriptions were categorized in accordance with their similarities.
 The stressors of nurses relocated to the OR were divided into five categories: [groping acquisition of operative nursing competencies], [distinct relationships in the OR], [constant feeling of tension at work], [undesired relocation],and [difficulty in adapting to invisible rules]. [Groping acquisition of operative nursing competencies] consisted of subcategories including “learning from scratch,” “handling of medical equipment/instruments,” “inadequate guidance system/contents,” “unevaluated ward experience,” and “negative self-assessment.” [Distinct relationships in the OR]consisted of “relationship with doctors different from wards,” “dense relationship among nurses,” “shallow relationship with patients,” and “closed environment of the OR.” [Constant feeling of tension while at work] included “tense situation,” “extreme anxiety and tension,” and “work according to surgery.” [Undesired relocation] consisted of “negative image about the OR,” “unconvincing reason for relocation.” [Difficulty in adapting to invisible rules] included “unapproachable
atmosphere,” “poor identification,” “flow of surgery that cannot be grasped,” and “operations that cannot be done at their own pace.”
 Comparing the results of this study with the previous studies, [difficulty in adapting to invisible rules] were mentioned as the characteristic features of the stressors of nurses who were relocated to the OR.
