Even at the present time there has been accomplished no complete solution of the problem as to whether a declaratory act of notice is to put an end to labour relation, or an actual dissolution of labour relation has to step up to the declaratory act. As has been discussed in a monograph in the previous number of this review, labour contract does not necessarily formulate labour relation but the latter is effected by such actual facts as enlistment or being launched at labour. In the same way the notice of dissolution of labour relation will not bring about the termination of labour relation. Nay, it seems, as in the case of labour contract, that it is more logical to bring in such factor as actual conditions in order to bring labour relation to an end. Here it seems we are confronting the same problem which we could not answer in case of founding a labour relation. With such consciousness this monograph aims at giving a thoroughgoing self-inspection to the character of notice of dissolution of labour relation. In the present discussion, however, I have treated the subject-matter from the angle in which I conld see how Maus has grasped the problem of notice of labour dissolution in his criticism on the theory which has so far been prevalent. This monograph consists of two parts: the one being ""The theory and problems arising from the notice of labour dissolution"", and the other, ""Institution of notice of labour dissolution and inspection on them.""
